6x+4y=24

The easiest way to do this is think

if x=0 then 4y=24 so y=6 (0,6)

if y=0 then 6x=24 so x=4 (4,0)

plot the two points 

then rule in the the line.  Write the equation on the line and put arrows on the ends.
