It is a right-angled triangle ABC.

 

c = 100 foot

beta = 18°

b = c * sin beta

b = 100 foot * sin 18°

b = 30,902 foot

h = b + 4 foot = 30,902 foot + 4 foot

h = 34.902 foot

 

The kite is 34.902 foot above the ground.
