The answer is: one fifty cent piece, one nickel, and one penny.  One of the coins is not a fifty cent piece.  Is a nickel a fifty cent piece and is a penny a fifty cent piece?

Hi Gibson, thanks for the puzzle question, they are always well recieved

BUT

we are not all from the U.S.

If you tell us we can only use U.S. coins, then can you please also tell us the names and value of each coin. ://

Thank you  :)
