I was banned 13/2 and i need 999 hours to get unbanned, what day's that :)
By 13/2, I assume you mean: February 13. If so, then you need 999 hours / 24 hours=41.63 days to get unbanned, or on the 42nd day.
42 days from Feb. 13 will on Saturday, March 26, 2016. This is the day when you will be unbanned!!!!!.
