can you try to solve this for me please

(1) y = -2x + 5

(2) 4y + 8x = 1

             4y = - 8x +1

               y = -2x + 1/4

When you draw the straight lines, you can see that they are parallel. They have the same slope.

 2x + y = 5

        y = 5 - 2x

    4y + 8x = 1

4(5-2x)+8x=1

   20-8x+8x=1

             20=1

There is no solution.
