Answer is..

I didn't get what yo did so I'm gonna write how it's supposed to be done...

 

0.3*4=d

d*3.14=c

If there is a circle and half its  radii is 0.3 what is the circumference ( use 3.14 ) for pi

 

.3 X 2=.6 radius of the circle

.6 X 2=1.2 diameter of the circle,

Circumference=Pi X diameter

C=3.14 X 1.2=3.768
