if the circumference of a circle is 25cm, what is the length of Minor Arc AB, to the nearest hundredth?

You have to tell us something about A and B.

Assuming that they lie on the circumference of the circle, the angle that they subtend at the centre will do.

If that angle is \(\displaystyle \theta\), then the length of the arc will be \(\displaystyle r\theta\) where r is the radius of the circle, 25 in this case.
