How many ways can you select 4 democrats and 3 republicans from a group of 12 democrats and 10 republicans?
Choose 4 of any 12 Democrats = C(12, 4)
Choose 3 of any 10 Republicans = C(10, 3) ....so.....
C(12, 4) * C( 10, 3) = 59, 400 ways of choosing
