Could you tell me how to make the equation in ax+by=c form for

(5,5) and m=3?

Since you have a point  (5, 5)  and a slope  m = 3,  use the point-slope form:    y - y1  =  m(x - x1)

x1 = 5, y1 = 5, m = 3:        y - 5  =  3(x - 5)

Multiply out:                       y - 5  =  3x - 15

Add 5 to both sides:            y       =  3x - 10

Subtract 3x:                   - 3x + y  =  -10

Multiply by -1:                   3x - y  =  10

the format is (x,y) to solve substiute the x value for x and y value for y creating a5+b5=c
