The graph below has the function f(x)

Determine the limit \(\lim_{h\rightarrow 0} \frac{f(4+h)-f(4)}{h}\)

I tried to do \(\lim_{h\rightarrow 0}\frac{4+h-4}{h}\) then \(\lim_{h\rightarrow 0}\frac{h}{h}\) and I got it to 1, but you can see the in the graph it goes past 1. How do I solve?
