y = 4/9x

How would you work this problem using the setup y=(k)(x) and k=y/x

4/9 would be your k in this situation

If we have :

y = (4/9)x , then y varies directly with x....as x grows larger, y grows larger.......and as x gets smaller, y gets smaller

The variation constant is (4/9)

cool cool cool
