WOW.....that's a REALLY BIG PICTURE!!!

Two sides of the triangle are equal,  so the angles opposite these sides are equal, too. And since the angle opposite one of the equal sides is 35, the angle opposite the other equal side = 35. And by the Exterior Angle Theorem, the central angle represented by "B°' is equal to the sum of the two remote interior angles of the triangle = (35 + 35).

Thus, B° = 70.
