Simplify the following:
3 a^2+2 a b+2 b+5 a^2-3 a b+9

Grouping like terms, 3 a^2+2 a b+2 b+5 a^2-3 a b+9 = (2 a b-3 a b)+2 b+(3 a^2+5 a^2)+9:
(2 a b-3 a b)+2 b+(3 a^2+5 a^2)+9

2 (a b)-3 (a b) = -(a b):
-a b+2 b+(3 a^2+5 a^2)+9

3 a^2+5 a^2 = 8 a^2:
Answer: | -(ab)+2b+8a^2+9
