This is what i got so far.

-19 x 6 + -13(-13)= 55

Now im a bit confused. Do I find each seperate square root angle betweeen the two?

||u|| = ✓-19² + 6²

^{||v|| =}✓-13² + (-13)²

^{then i did 55/5} ✓146 = which then i did inverse cos and got a degree of like 24.44.

u = < -19. - 13 >

v = < 6 , -13 >

u + v = < -19 + 6, -13 + - 13 > = < -13, -26 >

ll u + v ll = sqrt [ (-13)^2 + (-26)^2 ] ≈ 29.0689
