Q: In an experiment to determine the surface tension of a liquid, the liquid is observed to rise to a height of 75mm in a clean capillary tube, of internal diameter 0.5mm.
50cm^3 of the liquid has a mass of 45g.
1. Calculate the fluid density
2. Calculate the surface tension
