Don't think so, because: 13+14 = 27, which is greater than 25. The sum of the 2 sides must be less than 25.

So
arcos [14^2 + 13^2 - 25^2] / [ 2(13) (14) ] =
arcos (-5/7) = θ ≈ 135.6° = obtuse
