2 + 1/2 = 5/2 ......so....
[800] / [ 5/2] =
[800 / 1 ] / [5/ 2] invert the second fraction and multiply
800/1 * 2/5 =
1600 / 5 =
320
What CPhill said, or just divide 800 by 2.5, and u get it easy as pi!
