I need help with this scientific notation problem. I'm in Algebra and I know some scientific notation, but I don't get this one. By the way, I need an answer ASAP. The question is (5.6*10^4)(2.5*10^-7)
(5.6*10^4)(2.5*10^-7) .... we can actually write this as
( 5.6 * 2.5) ( 10^4 * 10^-7) =
(14 ) * (10^-3) =
1.4 x 10^-2 [in scientific notation ]
