sqrt(9x/25) = sqrt(9/25) x sqrt(x) = 3/5 sqrt(x)
It is neither, for monomials, binomials, trinomials, etc. must contain only whole number exponents of a variable.
Since sqrt(x) = x1/2 this is not an epression with a whole number exponent of the variable.
