Find x and y so that both hangers balance.

$y=\frac{x+9}{4}$

$4y=2x$

$y=\frac{x}{2}$

$\frac{x}{2}=\frac{x+9}{4}\\ 4x=2x+18\\ 2x=18$

$x=9$

$y=4.5$
