x-intercepts:

$0=-{2x}^{2}+2$

$-2={-2x}^{2}$

$1={x}^{2}$

$±1=x$

$x=±1$

$x=1$ and $x=-1$

$(1,0)$ and $(-1,0)$

y-intercept:

$y=-{2(0)}^{2}+2$

$y=-2(0)+2$

$y=0+2$

$y=2$

$(0,2)$
