You should really learn how to solve systems.

solve for x with the first equation by subracting 2y from both sides yields:

x = 7 - 2y

substitute into second equation

-4x - 5y = 11

-4(7 - 2y) - 5y = 11

distribute the -4

-28 + 8y - 5y = 11

-28 + 3y = 11

3y = 39

y = 13

now solve for x:

y = 13

x + 2y = 7

x + 2(13) = 7

x = -19

you could also use a graphing calculator, or use google and search "system of equations solver with steps"
