I assume this might be:

 

[1/5]([5/2]x-10)=4(x+3)    simplify

 

(1/2)x - 2    = 4x + 12    multiply both sides by 2

 

x - 4 = 8x = 24    subtract x from both sides....subtract 24 to both sides

 

-28  = 7x   divide both sides by 7

 

-287 = x   = -4
