The polar form is given by

z = r (cosΘ +  i * sinΘ )

r = √(3^2 + (-2)^2 ) = √(9 + 4) = √13 = 3.61

Θ = tan-1 (-2/3) = -33.69° = 326.31°

So we have

z = 3.61 (cos 326.31° + i * sin 326.31°)

"A" is correct
