Make certain that your calculator is in degree mode.

To solve a tangent problem, use invTan  or (2nd) tan

tan θ  =  -4        --->        θ   =  invTan( -4 )        --->         θ  =  -76.0°

But this answer isn't in your range of values.

However, tan has a period of 180°, so you can add or subtract 180° as many times as you like:

adding 180° to -76.0°, the answer becomes 104°.
