how do i put (5,52) and (13, 124) in y=mx+b form

You cant do all those numbers at the same time. You have to put them in to a series of y=mx+b equations. I dont know what those numbers represent to help you more .

y = mx + b

 

Using (5, 52):   52 = m*5 + b

 

Using (13, 124):  124 = m*13 + b

 

You now have two equations in two unknowns (m and b) so you should be able to solve for these two, then you will be able to write the equation of the straight line through the points in the form y = mx + b.
