You can use trigonometry.

If you know the values of the opposite side and the hypotenuse:  Angle  =  sin-1(opposite/hypotenuse).

If you know the values of the adjacent side and the hypotenuse:  Angle  =  cos-1(adjacent/hypotenuse).

If you know the values of the opposite side and the adjacent side:  Angle  =  tan-1(opposite/adjacent).
