Pretty simple question.
How many 4-digit numbers higher than 4000 can be formed by using the digits 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 without repetition?
If it is so simple, why are you asking it??
Any that start with 4, 5 or 6 will do.
So that is 3* 4*3*2 = 72 numbers
