I am doing a report on how swimming is good for your body. I can't seem to find any information how often you should swim. Everything tells me how to lose weight while swimming. I think i am perfectly fine.

If you mean for personal excercise, then I would suggest 5-6 times a week for maybe 30-60 minutes. The number one thing to remember is that it's not how much of the excercise you can do, but having a constant routine that you do. That's my opinion :)
