Multiply the decimal degrees by 60 to get minutes, then multiply the decimal minutes by 60 to get seconds (round if necessary).

Example 47.864°   -->  save the 47 degrees

  Multiply .864 by 60 to get 51.84 minutes.   -->  save the 51 minutes

  Multiply .84 by 60 to get 50.4 seconds (round to 50).

Answer 47° 51' 50"
