Hi there...

 

Two hints/tips for you to solve this equation.

 

Nr.1.

First of all reverse the order so that "X" always ends up on the left side.

----------

 

Nr.2. 

----------

Square out the exponential value.

(Example...: "(2^16)=(4^8)=(16^4)=(256^2)=(256*256)=?"

The rest is simple math.

3^15 is just a normal number.

 

Add 4 to both sides.

then

divide both sides by -2

then

use your calculator to got the answer.
