Leni asked a building corporation to build a 48ft tall house and the building corporation said that the it costs ¥3.6m with the tax already. When Xander asked the building corporation to build him 96ft tall apartment, how much is the tax if the original price is ¥6.1 m?

Since 48 is the half of 96,  the taxed price of the 48ft building is the half of the 96ft building's taxed price. 

Solution:

3.6+3.6= 7.2 , 7.2-6.1= 1.1 ..... = the tax is ¥1.1m
