Can anyone help me understand what a linear equation???? all my book gives me is a "Calculus student's definition" it just confuses me..... thanks in advance!
an equation between two variables that gives a straight line when plotted on a graph. Often written in the form: y = mx+b i really dont know how else to explain it than that lol i hope this helped
