There is no base given so I think it is okay to assume that it is base 10

If you want an estimate just put it straight into the calculator.

(I'm going to use the Math(input-output) button.)

 

$${log}_{10}\left({\frac{{\mathtt{9}}}{{\mathtt{80}}}}\right) = -{\mathtt{0.948\: \!847\: \!477\: \!552\: \!618\: \!7}}$$
