It would just be 5(3)^2 = 45
Since the common ratio is 3, therefore the 12th term divided by the 10th term should be: 3 X 3=9.
a(12)=5(3)^12-1=885,735
a(10)=5(3)^10-1=98,415
885,735/98,415 =9
