\(\frac{5}{6}\times(x+4)=15\)

\(\frac{5x}{6}+\frac{20}{6}=15\)

\(\frac{5x+20}{6}=15\)

\(\frac{5x+20}{6}\times6=15\times6\)

\(5x+20=15\times6\)

\(5x+20=90\)

\(5x+20-20=90-20\)

\(5x+0=90-20\)

\(5x=90-20\)

\(5x=70\)

\(\frac{5x}{5}=\frac{70}{5}\)

\(1x=\frac{70}{5}\)

\(x=\frac{70}{5}\)

\(x=14\)

5/6 (x+4)=15 cross multiply

5(x + 4) =90 divide both sides by 5

x + 4 = 18 subtract 4 from both sides
