15/(3+2)*(4^2-5)=27

I think that is the minimum number of brackets.

Although it would be more obvious when you write

(15/(3+2)) * ((4^2)-5) = 27

\({15\over{3+2}}*(4^{2}-5)=27\)

3 * 9 = 27
