600 - 3 = 597

 

597 x 1/3 =199 - which is your prime number p.

 

199 x 2 = 398

 

398 =[1, 2, 199, 398] - Number of its divisors.

 

Sum[1 + 2 + 199 + 398]== 600

The number is 3p

both 3 and p are prime numbers so  the only factors are  1,3, p and  3p

the sum of the factors is   4+4p

 

4+4p= 600

p+1=150

p=149
