Ok guys, so my teacher just tuned up the difficulty meter a notch. Does anybody know how to explain the steps in solving advanced(or seeming advanced) logrithems?                                                     Example: 4log8 u+4log 8 ^v

                              by the way those 8's are bases

When a number is multiplied to a log, the number can be moved inside the log as an exponent:

4log8u + 4log8

=  log8u4 + log8v4

Logs are add, when numbers have been multiplied, so, going backwards, we can combine the above to get:

=  log8u4v4
