Minimum value and x
I just solved f(x)=4x^2+16x+13 in a(x-h)^2+k form (I had to), which is 4(x-2)^2-3 (I think) so -What is the minimum value and the value of x where it occurs? Wouldn't it be -2 for the minimum value? I don't know the value of x though, every number I put
