ABCD is a quadrilateral such that AB=CD. We know that  angleA= angle B= 60 degrees and AD=CB=1 . If AB=10 , what is DC?

ABCD is a quadrilateral such that AB\(\parallel\)CD. We know that angleA= angle B= 60 degrees and AD=CB=1 . If AB=10 , what is DC?

Hello Guest!

\(\overline{DC}=\overline{AB}-2\cdot (1\cdot cos\ 60^{\circ})=10-2\cdot 0.5\)

\(\overline{DC}=9\)
