If the area of a circle is 16 mm2, what is the radius of the circle?

A = pi x radius squared

16 sqmm = 3.14 x r squared

r squared = 16 sqmm / 3.14 =  5.1 sqmm

r = square root of 5.1 sqmm = 2.26 mm
