You have the correct slope-intercept form !!!!

For point-slope form, we just need a point and the slope that leads to this form  →  y - y1 = m(x - x1)  ......   where m is the slope and (x1, y1) is any point on the line

If we let y=0, then x = 11/3

So we have

(y - 0) = (3/2)(x - 11/3)

Note....if we simplified this, we would get back to slope-intercept form...!!!!

Yup, that's what I got too.

3x-2y=11            ---Subtract 3x from both sides

-2y = -3x + 11            ---Multiply everything by a negative

-(-2y) = -(-3x) + (-11)

2y = 3x - 11                     ---Divide everything by 2

y = 3/2x - 11/2

I would probably leave the answer with the -11/2, but -11/2 and -5.5 are the same thing, so your answer would be right too.
