4/7x - 2/7y = 6/7, (1a)    and  2/5y - 3/5x = -6/5   (2a)

Multiply both sides of (1a) by 7  and    multiply both sides of (2a) by 5

4x-2y=6    (1b)         and        2y-3x=-6     (2b)

-3x+2y=-6    (2b)

(1a)+(2b)

4x-3x-2y+2y=6+-6

x=0

Sub into (1b)

-3*0+2y=-6

0+2y=-6

y=-3

SO         x=0,     y=-3
