Find the volume V of the solid obtained by rotating the region bounded by the given curves about the specified line.

y = 3 sin(x),    y = 3 cos(x),    0 ≤ x ≤ π/4;    about y = −1

I had a start of

 π ∫  from 0 to π/4  (3cosx+1)^2 - (3sinx+1)^2 dx

Does this look like a good start?

If so, how shoulda I deal with teh integration of those big chunks of cos^2 and sin^2. It is a bit intimidating.
