A rational number is one that can be expressed as the ratio of two integers.

So  E.   $$\frac{AC}{B}=\frac{\sqrt 3 \times \sqrt{15}}{\sqrt 9}=\frac{\sqrt{15}}{\sqrt 3}=\sqrt 5$$   Not a rational number

H.   $$\frac{A}{CD}=\frac{\sqrt3}{\sqrt{15} \times \sqrt 5}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{5^2}}=\frac{1}{5}$$   A rational number

I'll leave you to check F and G.
