I am incredibly confused as to how to solve the equation k= 1/2 mv^2 for science. Can someone please help me?

 

It is very easy to solve. Example: If an object weighs 100 kg and is moving at a velocity of 20 m/sec., then KE=1/2 X 100 X 20^2=20,000 joules. And that is it!!.
