sin(x)=3/100

When you are looking for the angle you must use inverse sin or arc sine (they are the same thing)

x=asin(3/100)

$$\underset{\,\,\,\,^{\textcolor[rgb]{0.66,0.66,0.66}{360^\circ}}}{{sin}}^{\!\!\mathtt{-1}}{\left({\frac{{\mathtt{3}}}{{\mathtt{100}}}}\right)} = {\mathtt{1.719\: \!131\: \!320\: \!878^{\circ}}}$$
