   sin² π/3 + tan π/3 what is the answer?  =3/4+sqrt(3)

sin pi/3 =   √3/2    so the square of this is 3/4

 

tan pi/3   = √3/1     

 

So  √3/4  + √3/1   =  [ √3 + 4√3] / 4   =  [5√3] / 4

Sorry....it should be   3/4 + √3  =   [ 3 + 4√3 ] / 4
