sin(y) = 443.8/200

I do not get a result in degrees though... I can only assume because the rate of climb would be greater than 180 degrees even though that is physically impossible but math-wise it is because you can surpass going straight up and continue to change angle before falling back towards the earth...

You have this: sin(y) = 443.8/200. Can you see what is wrong? sin(y) = 443.8/200=2.219????!!!!!.

Sine MUST be between -1 and +1.
